Sorghum Coconut Chocolate Balls

Sorghum coconut chocolate balls are a delicious and healthy dessert option that combines the goodness of sorghum flour, coconut, and chocolate. To make these balls, sorghum flour is mixed with desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and a small amount of sugar. The mixture is then bound together with a mixture of coconut oil and honey to form a sticky dough. The dough is then rolled into small balls and coated with more desiccated coconut. The balls are then chilled in the refrigerator until firm. The end result is a tasty and nutritious snack that is perfect for satisfying a sweet craving. Sorghum flour is high in fiber and protein, making it a nutritious addition to any dessert recipe. Coconut adds a natural sweetness and creaminess to the dessert, while cocoa powder provides a rich chocolatey flavor. Sorghum coconut chocolate balls are a perfect dessert option for those who are looking for a gluten-free, dairy-free, and healthier alternative to traditional chocolate truffles.
