1.😀1 cup dehulled sorghum flour
2.😀1 cup refined wheat flour
3.😀1/2 cup skimmed milk powder
4.😀1/2 teaspoon salt
5.😀1/4 teaspoon ammonia (Baking Powder/Soda)
6.😀1/2 cup roasted groundnut grits
7.😀1 egg
8.😀1 teaspoon baking powder
9.😀1/2 cup fat (butter or margarine)
10.😀1/2 cup sugar
11.😀1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions of Sorghum-Based Groundnut Biscuits:
1.😀Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.😀In a mixing bowl, combine the dehulled sorghum flour, refined wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, salt, and ammonia. Mix well.
3.😀Add the roasted groundnut grits to the bowl and mix them in.
4.😀In another mixing bowl, beat the egg until it is frothy.
5.😀Add the baking powder, fat, sugar, and vanilla essence to the bowl with the egg. Mix well.
6.😀Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
7.😀Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (6mm).
8.😀Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut the dough into circles.
9.😀Place the circles onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
