1.π1 cup dehulled sorghum flour
2.π1 cup refined wheat flour
3.π1/2 cup skimmed milk powder
4.π1/2 teaspoon salt
5.π1/4 teaspoon ammonia (Baking Powder/Soda)
6.π1/2 cup roasted groundnut grits
7.π1 egg
8.π1 teaspoon baking powder
9.π1/2 cup fat (butter or margarine)
10.π1/2 cup sugar
11.π1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions of Sorghum-Based Groundnut Biscuits:
1.πPreheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.πIn a mixing bowl, combine the dehulled sorghum flour, refined wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, salt, and ammonia. Mix well.
3.πAdd the roasted groundnut grits to the bowl and mix them in.
4.πIn another mixing bowl, beat the egg until it is frothy.
5.πAdd the baking powder, fat, sugar, and vanilla essence to the bowl with the egg. Mix well.
6.πPour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
7.πRoll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (6mm).
8.πUse a cookie cutter or a glass to cut the dough into circles.
9.πPlace the circles onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
10.πRemove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
