1.👉Sorghum Flour: 100g 

2.👉Powdered Sugar: 100g 

3.👉Chocolate: 83g 

4.👉Butter: 40g 

5.👉Eggs: 2 

6.👉Cocoa Powder: 16g 

7.👉Salt: 1g 

8.👉Baking Powder: 2g

😃 Instructions of Sorghum Chocolate Brownie:

1.👌 Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). 

2.👌Grease a 9-inch (23cm) baking pan and line it with parchment paper. 

3.👌Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl using a double boiler or in a microwave until completely melted. Set aside to cool slightly. 

4.👌In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. 

5.👌Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and whisk together.
