πSTEPS:
.π In a mixing bowl, sieve together the sorghum flour and besan to remove any lump or impurities.

.πAdd the sieved flour mixture to the melted ghee and mix well. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
.π In a separate pan, add sugar and water (just enough to cover the sugar) and cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
.πOnce the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked flour mixture to the sugar syrup. Mix well.
.πKeep stirring the mixture on low heat for 5-7 minutes until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
.πGrease a plate or tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it. Let it cool for a few minutes.
.π Using a sharp knife, cut the mixture into diamond-shaped pieces while it is still warm.
.πLet the Sorghum Mysore Pak cool completely before removing it from the plate or tray.
.πServe and enjoy "Ideal Sorghum Mysore Pak"
πππNOTE: Be careful while working with hot sugar syrup and hot ghee mixture. Also, make sure to cook the mixture on low heat and stir continuously to avoid any lumps or burning.
