  • Sorghum flour: 15g
  • Maida: 15g
  • Butter: 100g
  • Powdered sugar: 100g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Baking powder: 3g
  • Chocolate chips: 6g

  • Vanilla essence: 5ml
  • Yellow food colour

  1. 👉Preheat the oven to 180°C and line the muffin tray with muffin cups.

  2. 👉In a mixing bowl, cream 100g of butter with 100g of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. 👉Add 2 eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.

  4. 👉Add 5 ml of vanilla essence and mix well.

  5. 👉In another mixing bowl, sift together 15g of sorghum flour, 15g of maida, 3g of baking powder and 1g of salt.
