Here is the step by step process of making Delicious Pearl Millet Halwa for you: 

😃Ingredients of Pearl Millet Halwa:

Pearl millet flour-1 cup 
Jaggery -1 cup 
Butter/ Ghee -1 cup 
Milk -1 cup 

😃Method  of  Pearl Millet Halwa:

Step 1:👉 Heat a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai on medium flame and add 1 cup of pearl millet flour. Roast the flour  with 1/3 butter / ghee until it turns light brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Stir continuously to avoid burning. 

Step 2:👉Add 1 cup of milk to the roasted pearl millet flour and mix well. Stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming. 

Step 3:👉 Cook the mixture until the milk is absorbed by the flour and the mixture becomes thick. 

Step 4:👉 Add 1 cup of jaggery to the mixture and stir well. Keep stirring until the jaggery is completely melted and mixed with the flour. 

Step 5:👉 Add remaining 2/3 cup of butter or ghee to the mixture and mix well. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes shiny and starts to leave the sides of the pan. 

Step 6:👉 Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. 

Step 7:👉 Once the mixture has cooled down a bit, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls or pedas. 

Step 8:👉 Garnish with chopped nuts or silver vark (edible silver foil) and serve warm.
